Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be extended during peak shopping periods, sales events, or holidays. Processing time refers only to order preparation and does not include transit time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking details within 10 business days, please contact our support team.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other regional and international shipping providers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, shipping method, and destination.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by location and carrier:

  • Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment
  • International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on destination

Please note that delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, customs inspections, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

Some items may be available for pre-order or temporarily out of stock. Estimated ship dates for these items will be listed on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items may ship together once all items are available.

Pre-order timelines are estimates and may change due to manufacturing or supply chain delays.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

If an international shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Rockin Bettie is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. We recommend selecting shipping insurance when available.

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery and include photos of the damage so we may assist you.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to select international destinations. Certain products may be restricted from shipment to specific countries due to local regulations or carrier limitations.
