1. Return Window & Eligibility
You have 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return. The item must be received back at our warehouse within 20 calendar days from delivery to be eligible for return credit.
Only items that meet all return requirements outlined below will be accepted. If any conditions are not met, the item may be returned to you at your expense.
2. Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused;
- All original tags must still be attached;
- Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, pet hair, odors, or any signs of wear;
- All original packaging, labels, accessories, and inserts must be included.
3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout;
- Discounted merchandise below a specified price threshold;
- Petticoats, hosiery, shapewear, intimate apparel, swimwear (unless defective);
- Headpieces, accessories, jewelry, hats, gloves, scarves, and hair products;
- Any item showing visible wear, alterations, or washing.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Locate your order confirmation email with your order number.
- Visit our Returns Portal on the website or contact customer service to request a return authorization.
- Indicate whether you are requesting a refund, store credit, or exchange.
- Pack the items securely in original packaging along with the packing slip.
- Ship the package back using a trackable shipping method.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item sent by Rockin Bettie, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages in transit.
6. Exchanges
If you are exchanging an item for a different size, color, or style, select “Exchange” when initiating your return. Exchanges are subject to item availability at the time your return is processed. If your preferred replacement item is out of stock, you may choose store credit or a refund in the form of store credit.
7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with clear photos showing the issue. We will review the case and, upon approval, provide instructions for returning the item and issuing a replacement or credit at no additional cost to you.
8. Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. If approved, we will issue store credit to your Rockin Bettie account. Store credit does not expire and can be used toward future purchases at www.rockinbettie.us.
Typically, store credit is issued within 7–14 business days of receipt of the returned item at our facility. Please note your card issuer or bank may require additional time to post credits to your account.
9. International Returns
For international customers, you may return eligible items to our U.S. returns facility. International return shipping costs, duties, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend choosing a reliable carrier with tracking for international returns.

11. Return Exceptions
If an item does not meet our return requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return and return the item to you at your expense. In some cases, partial credit may be issued at our discretion.
